Account information (name, email, organisation, billing handled by Stripe). Conversation data (messages exchanged through connected channels — WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, email, SMS, voice, web chat — including media, contacts, and metadata). Usage data (IP, browser, pages visited, performance metrics). We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service; we do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising.
Access, export, delete, object.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from the dashboard or by emailing privacy@brevux.com. We retain data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days for recovery, then purge. Where required by law (GDPR, CCPA), we honour data-subject-access and erasure requests within statutory windows. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and follow SOC 2 Type II practices. Sub-processors are listed at brevux.com/privacy/sub-processors. Questions: privacy@brevux.com.
