The Founder
Brevux was built solo by a founder who lived the problem firsthand -- managing customer conversations across scattered tools, losing context, and watching leads slip away. That frustration became the blueprint for a unified platform that treats every channel as first-class. Every line of code, every design decision, every architecture choice has been driven by a single principle: make customer communication effortless.

Built on NestJS, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka. Multi-tenant architecture with real-time WebSocket messaging, transactional outbox for zero message loss, per-channel circuit breakers, and AI pipelines for copilot, auto-resolve, and intent detection.
