By accessing or using the Brevux platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including organizations and their authorized agents.

2. Description of Service

Brevux is an omnichannel customer service and engagement platform that enables businesses to manage customer conversations across multiple channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, email, SMS, voice, and web chat. The Service includes AI-powered assistance, analytics, CRM integrations, and workflow automation tools.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited messages (spam) to end users.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Transmit malicious code or attempt to compromise system security.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Collect personal data of end users without proper consent.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

5. Channel Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party messaging platforms. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective platform's terms of service (e.g., Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Developer Terms, Twilio Acceptable Use Policy). You are responsible for complying with all applicable third-party terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that customer conversation data processed through the Service may be stored and analyzed to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your end users for data processing.

7. Subscription and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features for automated responses, sentiment analysis, and conversation summaries. AI-generated outputs are provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before use. Brevux does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Brevux. You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Service, you grant Brevux a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brevux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Brevux may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations. You may request data export before termination.

12. Changes to Terms

Brevux reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
