Authentication uses bearer tokens issued from the agent-desk OAuth flow. Each token is workspace-scoped and audit-logged. Rotate tokens at any time from Settings → Developers.

The Brevux API is in public beta. Request access via walid@brevux.com — sandbox keys are available on request and a test workspace is provisioned on approval. Production keys ship once your integration passes the beta-partner review.
OpenAPI 3.1 spec is published publicly once the API exits beta. Beta partners receive a draft on access approval — the spec is stable for the conversations, contacts, agents, and webhooks namespaces.
