Acceptance, account, acceptable use.
By accessing or using Brevux you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must provide accurate registration information; you are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account; you must be at least 18 years old. You may not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, violate laws, infringe IP, transmit malicious code, impersonate, collect end-user data without consent, or resell without authorization. The Service integrates with third-party messaging platforms (Meta, TikTok, Twilio); your use of those integrations is also subject to those platforms' terms.
Subscription, AI features, IP, liability.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance; prices may change with 30 days' notice. AI-generated outputs are suggestions and should be reviewed before use — Brevux does not guarantee accuracy. You retain ownership of your data; Brevux processes it solely to provide the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brevux is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Either party may terminate at any time. Brevux may modify these Terms with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions: legal@brevux.com.
