Quick Start Guide
Welcome to Brevux! This guide will walk you through setting up your account, connecting your first channel, sending your first message, and inviting your team — all in under 15 minutes.
Overview
Brevux is an omnichannel customer engagement platform that unifies WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, Telegram, SMS, and web chat into a single intelligent inbox. With built-in AI agents, CRM, workflow automation, and campaign broadcasting, your team can manage every customer conversation from one place.
This guide covers the essential steps to get you up and running quickly.
Create Your Account
Visit app.brevux.com and click "Get Started Free". Enter your work email, full name, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
Once verified, you'll be prompted to create your organization. Enter your company name and select your industry. This helps us customize your experience with relevant templates and automations.
Set Up Your First Channel
Navigate to Settings > Channels in your dashboard. Click "Add Channel" and choose the messaging platform you want to connect first. WhatsApp is our most popular channel — follow the guided wizard to connect your WhatsApp Business API via Meta Business Suite.
For email, you can connect via SMTP, SendGrid, or Amazon SES. Each channel has a step-by-step setup wizard with inline validation to ensure everything is configured correctly.
Send Your First Message
Once your channel is connected, go to the Inbox. You'll see a compose button that lets you start new conversations. Select a contact or enter a phone number / email address, type your message, and hit send.
All incoming replies will appear in your unified inbox in real time. You can assign conversations to team members, add internal notes, and use quick replies to respond faster.
Invite Your Team
Go to Settings > Team and click "Invite Members". Enter the email addresses of your team members and assign them roles: Admin, Agent, or Viewer. They'll receive an invitation email with a link to join your organization.
Admins can manage settings and channels. Agents handle conversations and use the CRM. Viewers have read-only access to dashboards and reports.
